About Us
We provide mental health therapy, birth and postpartum services to allow individuals and families to feel supported, process life's difficult times and changes and to gather insight and confidence to take on life's tough times, especially related to childbearing.
Our Mission
At Stronger Together Therapy and Doula Support, LLC our mission is to process, support, educate, and advocate for mental health, specifically related to childbearing and it's impact on families.
Our Vision
For all individuals and families to feel supported and have access to therapy to process mental health related to childbearing as well as doula services to provide birth and postpartum care, such as feeding and nursing support, routine and schedule, sleep difficulties, and allowing the caregivers to have time for self-care.
“Just like the lotus we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of darkness, and radiate into the world”
Our Values
Support- We are committed to supporting you through the parts of you that are having a difficult time and need to process, cope, educate, and need advocated for.
Empowerment and encouragement- Taking the steps to change the difficult parts of your life is hard, and asking for help can be hard. We are committed to encouraging and empowering you along the way so you feel confident as an individual and family.
Relationship- Connection, trust and relationship is very important when it comes to therapeutic services, as well as doula services, as you are entrusting your family with us.
Respect- We recognize and value all people, withholding from judgement. Change is a difficult process and we commit to respecting you through this process, as well as finding your way during difficult lifestyle changes.
Compassion- We are committed to helping you through whatever difficulties you are having, and supporting you every step of the way with a kind and honest heart.
Whole person-Although part(s) of you may be having a difficult time right now, those do not define you, and we are committed to helping you process and see that in yourself.
Approach birth as an opportunity to have an adventure on the way to meeting your baby (rather than ordeal to be endured). —Anna Wilde
